My ultimate jollof Rice with Salad Combo

Warm Greetings to this wounderful family,
Today I welcome you all back to my Blog this evening,
Today my family was craving for Jollof rice with salad and I decided to make it for them because it,s being a long time they had it.

#INGREDIENTS NEEDED #

.4 cups of rice
.5 pieces of fresh pepper
.4pieces of fresh tomatoes
.1 sachet of tomatoes paste
.one tablespoon of curry spice
.5 pieces of green beans
.half of cabbage
.half littre of vegetable oil
.one tablespoon of salt
.one bulb of onions
.half of cucumber
.Two pieces of carrot
.2 pieces of cream for the salad
.Water

PROCEDURE USED

First I washed and prepared all my ingredients and set aside.

Then I washed my rice,After washing I use my seive and seive it out and then put my pot on fire and when my water boiled very well ,I poured my rice and allowed it to perboil for a while and seive it out and set aside.

Then I pounded my pepper and Use my grader and graded and slice my carrots because I will use for salad and for cooking.

I washed and sliced my onions, my cabbage,my fresh tomatoes and pour out my tomatoes paste and set aside

After the perboiling,I put my pot on fire and allow it to dry and when it got dried,I pour my vegetable oil and allow it to heat a little and then add my onions,fresh tomatoes,my tomatoes paste,and stir very well and then added my curry spice, my salt and fresh pepper and stired very well.

Then I added my water and allow it to boil very well and when boiled ,I added my seived rice and and stir and add a little pinch of salt and cover my pot

After a while of my rice heating on my heating on my hot plate and was about to drain water, I added my green bean, and my carrot and stir again and cover my pot again.

After a while ,my jollof rice was am Ready.

Then I sliced my cabbage ,my carrot and peeled my cucumber and remove it,s seeds and set aside.

After slicing,I started mixing it by adding my cabbage first,then my carrots and cucumber and mix them together and then put my cream and turn very well,Now my salad is ready

After a while, My jollof rice and my Salad was Amazingly Ready to serve.
