My Crunchy And Yummy Snacks Made With Banana 🍌 And Garri Flakes Very Tasty.

Greetings to this wounderful Family!!!How are you doing ,I hope You all are good and fine,I welcome you all to my blog this Afternoon.

Today I decided to make this crunchy Banana and Garri Flakes Snacks for my kids which they loved and enjoyed so much.it is a snacks mostly Loved by Ghanaian,The taste of this snacks is Topnotch .

INGREDIENTS USED

🌳Two cups of garri Flakes
🌳Five pieces of Riped banana
🌳One tablespoon of salt
🌳One tablespoon of black chili pepper
🌳Half plate of vegetable oil

PROCEDURE

In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this wounderful snacks with Banana and Garri flour which turns out very Sweet and tasty.

Firstly I Peeled my banana,after peeling it,I used my hands and mashed it very well and set aside.

Then I seived my Garri Flakes very well,added my tablespoon of salt and Chilli pepper and stir a little.

Then I used my Garri turner and stired it very well and then started moulding it one after the other till am done ,I now put my frying pan on fire,allow it to heat a little,then pour my vegetable oil and allow it heat a little.

I now used my Fork and give my snacks a well designed shape, and I started frying my snacks one after the other,till am done frying it,

After a while,my Banana and Garri Flakes snacks was ready.

And I served it to my kids which they loved and enjoyed so much.
