I've never cooked cucumbers; seems like I must try it at least once, you know, to satisfy my curiosity. The dish looks amazing!

Hihi you are right the memories and flavors in childhood are hard to forget. And being able to enjoy it now becomes a happiness. I also just cooked cucumber for the first time but tried it cooked often I enjoy. Very good try making it!
