Hello friend, I really liked your recipe. I have never eaten tempeh or even tofu. I'm about to buy soybeans to prepare it myself. but I liked your recipe too much and your explanation was very good. Also, the presentation of the dish and your photographs were incredible 🤩

I am eager to try soy in all the forms I can, the only one I have tried is the one that comes in dehydrated form and here it is presented as soy meat, but it looks like a sponge lol. Although I prepare it as meat for hamburgers and it is very good. Thanks for the advice. Have a nice day 🌸🤗😉!
