Melcado Porridge For Babies - Plant-based Cooking Challenge, Weekend #30.

Good evening, friend.
On this occasion I will share a little knowledge about how to cook Melcado Porridge which is good for consumption for the health of the human body.

Melcado is a collaboration food between melon and avocado which is processed into porridge, this food is very good for consumption for five year old babies.

How to make this food is very simple and not difficult, on this occasion I will share recipes and ways of processing these nutritious foods. This post is also to take part in the Plant-based Cooking Challenge, Weekend #30.

Here's how to process this food along with the recipe:

Materials needed.
Melon fruit 1 fruit.
Avocado 1 fruit.
Rice porridge water to taste.
enough olive oil.
Enough water.

How to process it.
First wash the melons and avocados thoroughly, then cut or slice the avocados and melons as needed.

Next, puree the melon and avocado using a blender, add enough water, then puree until completely smooth.

The next step is to put the mashed fruit into the food container, then add enough Olive oil and enough rice porridge water. Stir the mixture until it is evenly distributed, if it is evenly mixed, the Melcado Porridge is ready to be enjoyed.
