How are you all friends for now.
The cloudy weather made the weekend vacation for today postponed, but today I spend time completely at home by gathering with family. Until now I have done various activities, one of which is helping my beloved wife cook in the kitchen.

The menu that we prepare is very simple, the menu is of course dedicated to lunch with the family. Several food menus are served on the dining table such as white rice, boiled mustard greens, spicy chili tempeh, and fried fish. The simple food menu certainly has a very delicious taste even though it is formulated in a simple way, the delicacy is born because the vegetables are made from natural spices typical of traditional plants.

Before cooking, it's a good idea to wash the ingredients that will be used first until they are clean, after washing, then drain for a moment and set aside for a while.

Next, slice the ingredients that will be used such as mustard greens, garlic, shallots, red chilies, and tomatoes. Slice as needed as you want, do this until done.

After that, stir-fry the onion, garlic, lime leaves and tomatoes until cooked using vegetable oil. When you have finished eating, set aside the cooking spices for a while.

The next step is to boil the water until it boils, then enter the cooking spices that have been stir-fried earlier, stir the food until evenly distributed. Then enter the food seasoning and stir again until evenly distributed, add the mustard greens and add sugar, salt, and ground pepper to taste. Stir the food until evenly distributed and wait until the food is cooked or finished.
