Hello friends and food lovers, today was quite a busy day for us, as we are coming back from preaching the Good news about God's kingdom.

I couldn't believe how far day went, by the time we get home everyone was hungry and l want to make something so fast for the family then l made these simple recipes roasted plantain and cocoyam (Taro) is among root and tube cultivated and consumed in Nigeria, which is local delicacy prepared in local way which my family loves so much.

Simple, tasty, healthy and easy or fast to make

Ingredients

  • Four pieces of plantain
  • Four pieces of cocoyam(Taro)
  • Four cooking spoon of red oil
  • one teaspoon of black pepper
  • One piece of onions
  • Scent leave and four pieces of utazi leave

Procedure

Packed and wash plantain and cocoyam

Make fire to rooste
Placed in fire to cook for some time
