Spicy peanut snack 🌶️ 🥜
Good evening community 😌 How are you?? Here we are returning to the school routine and that implies some changes in schedules and habits.
Among them is the topic of snacks. We have breakfast very early and by 11am we are already hungry. Then we have to pick up Santiago and since at school they give him lunch (sometimes he arrives full, sometimes not), lunch time slips by and it is really difficult in my case because I go a while without eating, and eating without him is a case.
So I made the snack of the week with chopped peanuts and peperoncini that my mom sent me, it was an interesting combination. I think it would be ideal for a salad 😋😸
You will see the recipe a little strange, but it was that I estimated the proportions 😶🌫️😶🌫️😶🌫️
🥜Ingredients
200g Unsalted chopped peanuts
25g Ground turmeric
25g Peperoncini
50g Margarine approximately (you can use oil)
🥜Preparation
In a frying pan add the margarine with a spoon, then put it on the stove over low heat to melt and cover the entire base of the pan.
Then add the chopped peanuts and mix it with the margarine, until it has a toasted texture.
When the peanuts have that consistency we will add the peperoncini, here you can add more or less according to your taste. Mix it well so that it is incorporated.
Finally, we will add turmeric powder, I like the flavor it gives and it has many health benefits, mix it until it is well incorporated and all yellowrn off the stove and let it cool to set aside. I served it in a cup because it looked and smelled very tasty 😍
So now we have a different snack that can be used with other preparations 💛🥜🌶️

Buenas noches comunidad 😌 Cómo están?? Aquí estamos volviendo a la rutina escolar y eso implica algunos cambios de horarios y hábitos.
Dentro de ellos entra el tema de la merienda. Desayunamos muy temprano y ya a las 11am hay hambre. Luego toca buscar a Santiago y como en el colegio le dan almuerzo (a veces llega lleno, a veces no), se nos corre la hora de almuerzo y realmente es difícil en mi caso porque paso rato sin comer, y comer sin el es un caso.
Así que hice la merienda de la semana con un mani picado y peperoncini que me envío mi mamá, fue una combinación interesante. Creo que sería ideal para una ensalada 😋😸
Verán la receta un poco extraña, pero fue que la estime proporciones 😶🌫️😶🌫️😶🌫️
🥜Ingredientes
200g Maní picado sin sal
25g Cúrcuma molida
25g de Peperoncini
50g Margarina aproximadamente (pueden usar aceite)
🥜Preparación
En un sartén agregar la margarina con una cuchara, luego de ello lo ponemos en la cocina a fuego bajo para derretir y cubrir toda la base del sartén.
Luego agregamos el maní picado y lo vamos mezclando con la margarina, hasta que tenga una textura tostada.
Cuando el maní tenga esa consistencia agregaremos el peperoncini, aquí pueden agregar más o menos segun su gusto. Lo mezclan bien para que se incorpore.
Finalmente añadiremos cúrcuma en polvo, me gusta el sabor que le da y tiene muchos beneficios para la salud, la mezclarán hasta que quede bien incorporada y todo amarillo 💛
Apagan la cocina y la dejan enfriar para reservar. Yo la servi en una tácita porque se veía y olía muy sabroso 😍
Así que ya tenemos una merienda diferente y que la pueden usar con otras preparaciones 💛🥜🌶️
