Greetings Hive community 🩷 I hope you are well. I share with you a recipe that has been too much love. I love grains and if it is for me I eat them every day hehe, in soup, stir fry, in salty as they are.
Good I bring you the minestrone soup, taking advantage of the trip to buy grains I brought several that I do not see them commonly. Here is the recipe
Ingredients
100g bayo beans
100g lentils
100g quichoncho
100g round onion
50g long onion
½u red bell pepper
100g carrot
250g thimble pasta
50g coriander
50ml oil
10g oregano
10g onoto/turmeric/ cumin (mix well blended)
50ml oil
Water
Utensils
1 pot
1 frying pan
2 spoons
1 knife
1 wooden board
Preparation
Select the beans, remember that sometimes they bring dirt such as sticks, other beans, pebbles, etc.
Boil the beans with water over medium heat for 30 minutes or until soft.
Dice the vegetables: bell pepper, round onion, long onion and carrot. Set the carrot aside.
After 20 minutes of beans, add the carrots cut in squares.
Then after 10 more minutes add the thimble pasta to the soup. And let it cook for 5 minutes more.
In a frying pan, add the oil, let it heat over medium heat, add the onions and the paprika cut in squares.
Add the oregano and the onoto mixture to the previous vegetables.
Mix until the onion crystallizes and everything is homogeneous.
Add the mixture to the grain soup with the thimble pasta and mix for 3 to 5 minutes until fully integrated.
Add the chopped cilantro leaves, mix and turn off the soup, let stand 10min covered.
Proceed to serve the soup and enjoy 💓 around here we are addicted to that soup, if you add spicy it's heaven ☁️
Saludos comunidad Hive 🩷 espero se encuentren bien. Les comparto una receta que ha sido demasiado amor. Amo los granos y si es por mi los como todos los días jeje, en sopa, sofrito, en en salada como sean.
Buenos les traigo la sopa de minestrone, aprovechando el viaje de la compra de granos me traje varios que no los veo comúnmente. Les dejo la receta
Ingredientes
100g frijoles bayo
100g lentejas
100g quichoncho
100g cebolla redonda
50g cebolla larga
½u de pimentón rojo
100g de zanahoria
250g pasta de dedal
50g de cilantro
50ml de aceite
10g de orégano
10g de onoto/cúrcuma/comino (mezcla hecha)
50ml aceite
Agua
Utensilios
1 olla
1 sarten
2 cucharas
1 cuchillo
1 tabla de madera
Preparacion
Seleccionamos los granos, recuerda que a veces traen sucio como palitos, otros granos, piedritas, etc
Pon a sancochar los granos con agua a fuego medio por 30min o hasta ablandar
Corta en cuadritos las verduras: pimentón, cebolla redonda, cebolla larga y la zanahoria. Reserva aparte la zanahoria
A los 20min de los granos, añade las zanahorias cortadas en cuadros
Luego pasados 10 min más añade la pasta de dedal en la sopa. Y deja cocinar 5min más
En un sartén, añade el aceite, dejalo calentar a fuego medio, añade las cebollas y el pimentón cortado en cuadritos
Añade el orégano y la mezcla de onoto a las verduras anteriores
Mezcla hasta que la cebolla se cristalice y todo quede homogéneo
Añade la mezcla a la sopa de granos con la pasta de dedal y mezcla por 3 a 5 min hasta que se integre completamente
Añade las hojas del cilantro cortadas, mezcla y apaga la sopa, deja reposar 10min tapado.
Procede a servir la sopa y disfrutar 💓 por aquí estamos adictos a esa sopa, si le añades picante es el cielo ☁️

Your minestrone looks so similar to mine too, I add too pasta and almost the same ingredients so I say very good, I love it 😍💟
