Hello friends, how are you all? I am well, and I hope you all are doing great and enjoying.
Today, I am sharing a recipe with you that is very easy to make and delicious to eat - Mix Soya Methi. It's fantastic in taste, so let's find out how to make it.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes (Alu): 4 large
- Soya leaves (Soya ke patte): 50 grams
- Fenugreek leaves (Methi ke patte): 50 grams
- Peas (Matar): 50 grams
- Some cloves of garlic (Lahasun ki kuch kali)
- Red chili powder
- Mustard oil (Sarson ka tel)
Cooking method:
First, wash the soya methi thoroughly and finely chop it.
Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into four pieces. Also, finely chop the garlic into pieces.
- Heat a pan, add oil, and wait until it gets hot. Then add garlic and chili, wait until golden brown.
- Once golden brown, add potatoes, soya, methi, peas, and stir. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the cover, add salt. Check the potatoes; if they are soft, mix salt, and turn off the heat.
Your Mix Soya Methi is ready in a traditional way. Enjoy it with roti, rice, or dal.
I hope you like this recipe.
It's a shame that it's hard for me to get fenugreek where I live, because I think those leaves must be delicious. I like this recipe because it has a lot of flavor, and the technique of sautéing the vegetables in oil is good, plus the potato is a leading part of the dish. Good recipe.
