Como estos días es de compartir ,hoy quiero mostrar como preparar una deliciosa torta de coco 🥥 con banana 🍌 para merendar con café junto con la familia. Está torta se hace de una forma fácil ,en la licuadora se mezclan todos los ingredientes y el resultado es una rica torta.

Since these are days for sharing, today I want to show you how to make a delicious coconut cake 🥥 with banana 🍌 to enjoy with coffee and your family. This cake is easy to make. Just mix all the ingredients in a blender and the result is a delicious cake.

Ingredientes para preparar la torta de coco 🥥 con banana 🍌,son los siguientes:

• 1 coco.
• 2 bananas grandes.
• 150 ml de agua.
• 2 cucharadas de vainilla.
• 1 cucharada de torta para hornear.
• 350 gramos de harina de trigo.
• 100 ml de aceite.
• 150 gramos de azúcar.
• Está torta alcanza para 5 raciones.

Ingredients for making coconut cake 🥥 with banana 🍌 are as follows:

• 1 coconut.
• 2 large bananas.
• 150 ml water.
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract.
• 1 tablespoon baking powder.
• 350 grams wheat flour.
• 100 ml oil.

Preparación de la torta:

• Lo primero que se hace es lavar el coco 🥥 con agua y picarlo con un cuchillo en trocitos. Seguidamente quitar la cocha de la banana 🍌 y picarla en trocitos.
• Meter en la licuadora,los trocitos de coco y banana, agregar el agua y licuar, asi mismo se le añade la vainilla, el azúcar, el aceite,el polvo de hornear y se deja por unos minutos licuando los ingredientes .
• Poco a poco se va añadiendo el harina de trigo. Cuando la mezcla esté homogénea está lista para echarse en un recipiente ya enharinado, se mete al horno por 40 minutos aproximadamente . Y listo.
• Ahora a disfrutar de la rica torta con una taza de café.

• Gradually add the wheat flour. When the mixture is smooth, it is ready to be poured into a floured pan and baked in the oven for approximately 40 minutes. And that's it!
• Now enjoy this delicious cake with a cup of coffee.
