My Local tapioca salad

Greetings to everyone here, hope you guys are enjoying your day, I'm glad and happy to welcome you guys once again to my blog .

Ok guys today you guys are going to see how I made this sweet tapioca salad. It was really fun when I came back home from the market and told my house help what I want to prepare for lunch. She was like how can it be possible that she have not seen where the make this kind of recipe before.

Now is time to show u guys all my ingredients for making this sweet tapioca salad it's so simple and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS
I cup of tapioca
1/2 of red oil
Utazi leaf
Salt for taste
Dry pepper
1 bulb of onion

PROCEDURE
In this procedure you are going to learn how I make this salad so easy.

I first put my tapioca salad in my clean bowl with water for soak.

After that I wash my onion and my utazi leaf with a clean water. Then cut them into smaller pieces and set aside.

After all that process I sieve my tapioca salad to remove water.

After that I put my clean pot on the fire to dry water.

After I have dry my pot water I pour my oil into it.

I don't want my red oil to bleach so I add my tapioca.

After that I then add my salt for taste.

After adding my salt I also add my pepper.

After adding all this things I mixed them together and wait for a while.

After waiting for a while I add my chopped onions and my leaf together.

After that I also mixed together now my tapioca salad is ready.

Now you can see how the face is very yummy and delicious.
