My biggest problem is cheese. I’ve gone through tons of recipes for vegan cheese, some are not bad, but many are dreadful. We need to put our thinking caps on and come up with something really good. 🙃

I think the trick is to not mimic nor pretend it's cheese. Just get a texture and taste that adds a creaminess. Baked yoghurt IS a thing so a solid coconut yoghurt with a bit of salt or even added xanthum gum and some mustard powder or nooch?
