Alright, I am going to admit it. I had been on diet for a week now and have been avoiding carbs. But this post really tempted me to try this dish.
Good thing I don't have the green curry paste.
Here in India, we usually avoid such ready to cook pastes and take time grinding things into a paste.
I must say that your presentation makes the dish looks even better.

For daily free time, I avoid the instant one :) Better to add fresh seasoning if we can
That’s why I add fresh chopped onion to create better taste and smell :)
