Hi all friends, I hope all friends here are always healthy and in God's protection. My name is Indah Ayu from Indonesia. Today I want to share a recipe for vegan friends, of course it is very easy to make and tastes delicious. "Mushroom satay" for vegan friends, you can enjoy delicious satay even without meat because usually satay is made from meat, whether chicken or beef or mutton.
Mushroom satay is an option for friends who cannot consume meat. The texture and distinctive aroma of mushrooms are very suitable as a substitute for meat. I use oyster mushrooms, friends, you can use other types of mushrooms because in Indonesia it is very easy to find oyster mushrooms, besides the price is also cheaper, so I will use oyster mushrooms as a satay substitute for meat. I'll just share the recipe for vegan friends.
Material Preparation
230 gr oyster mushrooms
11 g garlic
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp mushroom stock
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp msg (optional)
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
How to make
Wash the mushrooms and drain them. Then boil briefly in boiling water for approximately 3 minutes, drain and squeeze out the water
Crush the garlic and coriander
Then mix with the mushrooms, add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and mushroom stock and let sit for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, take the mushrooms and prepare the satay skewers.
Skewer the oyster mushrooms with a skewer until they run out.
Grill the mushroom satay on a Teflon plate and add a little sweet soy sauce to spread until cooked and browned.
Mushroom satay is ready to be served with spicy soy sauce.

Thank you very much @carolynstahl if you want to make soy sauce, it's very easy, you only need to prepare 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce, a little extra salt and chopped chili, if you like, add lime juice.
So hungry now. Definitely will try!
