Let's prepare a delicious fry with potatoes.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 2 large potatoes.
🍀 1 large onion.
🍀 2 or 3 green chilies.
🍀 3 cloves garlic.
🍀 2 cinnamon sticks.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 1 teaspoon crushed chili powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 1 teaspoon crushed chili powder.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.

Method of making....

First, cut the potatoes into small, bite-sized pieces.

Next, add a small amount of turmeric powder and salt to the potato pieces, mix well, and set them aside.

Now, finely chop the onion, garlic, and green chilies.

Next, take a pan and add coconut oil. Place it on the stove, and once the oil is hot, fry the arta-pal (potato) pieces until they turn golden brown.

Then, add the chopped onion and fry until it also turns golden.

Next, take another pan and add about a tablespoon of coconut oil. To it, add the finely chopped onion, garlic, curry leaves, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt, and mix well.

Now, add the golden-fried potato pieces and roasted lentils to the pan, mix well, and cook for about a minute. Then remove the pan from the heat.
