Hello friends! Recently, I published a recipe for rosedosa, in which I mentioned a sugar-free starfruit jam. Today, I am sharing the recipe with you as a tutorial.
This season, we have an abundance of star fruits, which we never expected. We’ve been trying to eat them and share them with friends, but we still have plenty left. So, I decided to make a jam with these fruits. And I did it it is delicious no white sugar, and 100% organic from our garden.

collected some ripe fruits from the garden.

washed them thoroughly.

removed hard edges and seeds

Cut them into small pieces.

and removed all remaining seeds.

Using a mixer ground them in fine paste.

Pour the mixture into the skillet and heat it to cook the paste.

Added organic jaggery

Mixed well and stirred continue to avoid burn.

Added 1 lime juice.

Kept stirring continued.

Until it became jam consistency.

After achieving the final result switched off the heat and removed it into the bowl.

Filled jar and leftover enjoyed with rosedosa.
thank you.
