Thank you for your kind words. Yes, every country has its own specialty in food preparation. Here in Norway, meat is commonly used, but I like to create a fusion with global flavors. I agree that it's important to use up ingredients from the fridge before they go bad. Some food has a limited shelf life, and in our busy lives, we often forget to use them up.
