Deseo compartir con ustedes una receta divertida y rápida de hacer: Manjar de leche con coco y pasitas.

I want to share with you a fun and quick recipe to make: Manjar de leche with coconut and raisins.

El manjar es un dulce de leche, se produce por la cocción de leche con azúcar, en esta receta la leche que se utiliza es la de coco y el papelón por el azúcar. 😋😋😋😋

Manjar is a dulce de leche, it is produced by cooking milk with sugar, in this recipe the milk used is coconut milk and the papelón for the sugar. 😋😋😋😋

Aquí mostraré los ingredientes para la preparación:

  • 1 coco grande.
  • 50 gramos de pasitas.
  • 1/4 de papelón o azúcar.
  • 4 cucharadas de maizena.
  • Canela, es opcional.

Here I will show the ingredients for the preparation:

  • 1 large coconut.
  • 50 grams of raisins.
  • 1/4 of papelón or sugar.
  • 4 spoonfuls of cornstarch.
  • Cinnamon, optional.

  • Para obtener la leche de coco, lo primero que se hace es sacarlo de la concha, se lava , picar en trozos pequeños y se licua.
  • To obtain the coconut milk, the first thing to do is to take it out of the shell, wash it, chop it into small pieces and blend it.

Ya con los ingredientes listo, comenzar con la preparación:
  • En una olla colocar el papelón con la mitad de la leche de coco en la candela.

  • Esperar a que el papelón se disuelva.

  • En un envase colocar la mitad de la leche de coco que quedó y echar las cuatro cucharadas de maizena , batir hasta que se disuelva.

  • Después que el papelón esté desintegre colocar el vaso con la leche de coco y la maizena, menear para que no se pegue. Asi de facil es realizar este manjar.

  • Para completar la receta el otro pedazo de coco que quedó se pica en trozos medianos se le colocan sobre el manjar y las pasitas.

Once the ingredients are ready, start with the preparation:
  • In a pot place the papelón with half of the coconut milk in the candle.
  • Wait until the paprika dissolves.
  • In a container place half of the remaining coconut milk and add the four spoonfuls of cornstarch, beat until it dissolves.
  • After the paprika is disintegrated, place the glass with the coconut milk and the cornstarch, shake it so that it does not stick. This is how easy it is to make this delicacy.
  • To complete the recipe, the remaining coconut is chopped into medium pieces and placed on top of the manjar and raisins.
