Hi guys! Good afternoon everyone today I made rasam recipe that is South Indian food. You know as a good chef of Indian kitchen with many years experience I decide to make rasam for my master today.
"Ingredients for the recipe"
One clove of garlic
One tomato
Cumin seeds
Black pepper seeds
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
One green chili
2 teaspoon of oil
Half teaspoon of salt.
Tamarind
"Process of making it"
First you will grand those masalas together keep it in a bowl
Soak your tamarine in a hot water for 5 minutes and filter it and smash your tomato into it keep it aside.
now let's start cooking. Put on your gas put your pot add your two spoon oil add cumin seed curry leaves fries more and put those masala that you have grind.
Cook it for some time and pour your tamarine water into it.
Allow it to cook for small time then add one cup of water have salt to test and keep it for boiling, after that you add your coriander leaves just to garnish your food
