Hello friends of plant power vegan community, hope you all are good and enjoying the new week . I joined this amazing community last two weeks but haven't post until Today that is to say today is my first time posting.
So i bring to you a simple recipe for preparing vegetable fried rice, and it a plant base food known in different countries and can be prepared in different ways.
Also perfect for #vegans
INGREDIENTS
1 derica of rice
Cooking spoon vegetable oil
1 Onions
Fresh pepper
1 Table spoon salt
1 fresh tomatoe
4 middle size carrots
1 Green pepper
Water
STEP 1
Wash your vegetables then Cut the vegetables in cubes or square shape together with your tomato, fresh pepper and onions
STEP 2
Bring out your cooking pot place it on stove allow it to heat for three seconds then add ur vegetable oil , onion ,half tablespoon salt and fresh pepper to it , stair Fry for three minutes add ur water then cover it for some minutes
STEP 3
Wash your rice three times then add the rice in side your cooking pot you cover
Allow it to cook for 20 minutes
NEXT 4
Bring out a fresh clean cooking pan Add your vegetable oil, half cooking spoon salt , your diced carrots, green pepper and tomatoes, stair fry for 15 minutes .
NEXT 5
Add your stair fry vegetables inside your already cook rice just like mine on the following picture
Mixed well till satisfaction, allow it to heat for 5 minutes
Your vegetable fried rice is already to eat
