Ahh you what kind words you give. Jalapenos are not so spicy, however they have a flavour that is good for certain things. For some people in Canada they are too spicy haha. I know you have beautiful hot peppers where you are. When you make a dish you often use them which really appeals to me. Sometimes I just take a break from too spicy so I can really appreciate it when I have it again.
