Making Healthy Snacks Vegetable Pancakes

Hello Vegan friends.. How are you today?? Some time ago I entered my content wrongly, which I should have entered in the Amazing drink community but I entered the vegan community. And I apologize for that.

For today's Snack menu, I made Vegetable Pancake, usually we call this snack Bakwan or bala bala. We often make this snack to be enjoyed together or can also be as an accompaniment to the main meal.

Ingredients needed :

  • 250 grams of cabbage
  • 100 grams of white mustard greens
  • 100 grams of carrots
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of rice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of gram and 1/2 teaspoon of flavoring

How to make :

  • First, peel the carrots and wash them

. Then cut them into small pieces like the picture.

  • Then, thinly slice the cabbage.

  • Then, we can move on to the flour section. Add 2 tablespoons of bread flour and 1 tablespoon of rice flour. Then add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of flavoring. Stir until evenly mixed.

  • After the flour ingredients are evenly distributed, add 80 ml of water to it to dissolve the flour. Stir again until all the flour is dissolved.

  • After the flour has dissolved. Add the flour solution into the vegetable mixture that we have cut earlier. and stir again until the flour solution is evenly distributed in the vegetables.

  • After the dough is done. Then prepare a teflon that has been smeared with a little cooking oil.

If you feel that one part is cooked, turn the dough over so that the dough cooks evenly.
