We are excited about our new location 💚🙏 The croquettes I made are very similar to the Italian arancini, but instead of rice, I used millet. If you don't know arancini (aka deep-fried Italian rice balls), then I would say you can also compare them to potato croquettes with a veggie filling. Thanks for the support!
