Esta obsesión es una manera de hacernos reflexionar, sobre el por qué una persona puede alejarse de las advertencias cuando hay peligro; sencillamente hay atracción peligrosa que llena el ambiente de un profundo misterio; cada línea leída, demuestra la tensión que puede quebrarse en cualquier momento. Siempre existe esa sensación de sospecha que nos hace dudar y yo como lector, en ciertas ocasiones me ha hecho mirar hacia atrás. Definitivamente; el aspecto psicológico abunda y cuando creemos que descubrimos la verdad, realmente nos estamos metiendo en cosas más raras y misteriosas.
El tema de la oscuridad no se trata de que no existe luz, sino que la trama la asume como algo interno y mental. De esta manera; vemos a Padme caer en los bajos fondos del misterio y la pérdida total de la inocencia. Esto demuestra que cuando una persona pasa hacia el mundo de lo prohibido; sencillamente no hay vuelta atrás. Cada personaje; al parecer tiene dos caras, donde la personalidad de cada quien nos hace dudar, porque realmente no sabemos con quién se está tratando; es decir, no se sabe si son reales, o tienen máscaras que ocultan la realidad del entorno de Damián.

Normalmente; todas estas acciones ocurren en un entorno familiar que más que servir de orientadores, pueden crear en sus integrantes traumas muy severos; traumas que pueden crear maldad o víctimas.
En términos generales; el libro es sumamente emocionante, al final nos queda una duda sabrosa y nosotros como observadores en primera fila, nos queda ese sentimiento de estar en el lugar y momento equivocado. De igual manera; existe un tema que nos hace reflexionar, ese tema está relacionado con la maldad y desde allí, nos invitan a analizar si eso es algo con que una persona puede nacer o que se crea con el tiempo y los golpes de la vida. Definitivamente; toda la historia nos queda grabada en la mente y aun habiendo leído toda la novela, la mente nos queda dando vueltas.
