BTW, I decided to buy an ebook. I am a paper book guy yet it would take too much time to have it shipped all the way from the US to Slovenia. It's three weeks at least. Not to mention the shipping costs.
Can you tell us at what store you get the most out of it? If it isn't a secret. I know that authors don't get much out of a sold copy, alas. I am leaning toward bol.de ...

My sales per book vary depending on the retailer, but not all that much, so please feel free to purchase from whatever retailer is easiest for you. I am working on having the paperback available in more regions, too, but it takes time. And the eBook works just as well. ;) Thanks so much for supporting me as an author! 💖
