I think I am in error, I didn't want to give this book a bad review like the majority. My intention was to review it in a positive light because it gave me positive lessons. I'll have to edit that part out

A book that contains racism doesn't necessarily a bad one or puts the book in a bad light. There are book such as beloved by Toni morrison which also portrays racism and shows us how bad racism is. When we mention that the book contain racism or sexism, the best way to show the reader is to quote the particular paragraphs or scenes that portrays it. So, we'll know the author's view towards that particular topic/phenomenon.
