Hola amigos de Hive y de esta comunidad Hive Book Club, cómo han estado?, espero que sus respuestas sea muy bien, yo por mi parte ayer terminé una lectura de un libro que me tenía intrigado en la biblioteca de mi mamá, sinceramente no soy de andar leyendo estos libros pero el nombre me llamó la atención y cuando lo empecé a leer y vi el significado de la palabra me dio más curiosidad todavía. Este es un libro que mi mamá compró hace muchos años y es mi hermana la que lee estos libros a cada rato, sé que ha leído “A Orillas del Río Piedra me senté y lloré ” tres veces y todavía no se cansa de el, por eso me atreví a leer este libro que sin duda es muy interesante.

Mi Reseña:

Esta Historia trata de como el autor con ayuda de su esposa llega a ser el escritor famoso que es en esa época, como no tenía el valor para cumplir sus sueños y un día la que era su novia lo ayuda a empezar a trabajar en su sueño de ser escritor. Así hace un viaje y nace su primer libro, luego más y más libros, fama, dinero, etc… Pero llega un punto en que la vida de su esposa se siente vacía y al no escucharla ella se va de su lado, es así como Esther, su esposa, deja de ser su exmujer para convertirse en su Zahir, es decir su obsesión. En este momento el protagonista se encuentra desesperado y lo que hace es drenar su dolor escribiendo un nuevo libro, teniendo más mujeres, alcohol, fiestas. Hasta que un día se encuentra con un joven que ha estado en contacto con su exmujer desde hace bastante tiempo y le dice que sabe dónde está su esposa, pero para poder encontrar a Esther el protagonista debe conocerse a si mismo y buscar en su pasado lo que hizo que su esposa se fuera. Es así como inicia el viaje del protagonista dentro de si mismo y sobretodo, buscando e intentando entender y manifestar la energía del todo, la energía del amor.

Mi Opinión:

Sinceramente el libro me pareció interesante, pero me gustan más otras obras del autor como por ejemplo, “La Quinta Montaña ”. El contenido de este libro me ha parecido singular, en él se conoce un poco sobre las leyes en Francia y la historia de Kazajstán, lugar donde se encuentra la esposa del autor y cuna del joven que conoce el lugar donde se encuentra Esther, este libro menciona varias prácticas de los jóvenes en que se encontraba el autor las cuales son diferentes y simples para entender la vida pero hay que ser personas muy valientes para hacerlas. Pero sobretodo, este libro trata de superar las historias pasadas y dejar que las nuevas historias, las nuevas experiencias buenas llenen nuestra vida, trata de superar nuestros límites, los cuales normalmente los colocamos nosotros mismos, trata también de aprender de nuestros errores y sobretodo, seguir nuestros sueños a pesar de lo difícil que parezca el poder alcanzarlos. En mi opinión fue un gran libro de autorreflexión sobre uno mismo, sobre lo que pasamos y no hemos soltado y de buscar el amor, no solo el de la pareja, sino el que nos brinda Dios.

My Review:

This Story is about how the author with the help of his wife becomes the famous writer he is at that time, how he didn’t have the courage to fulfill his dreams and one day the one who was his girlfriend helps him to start working on his dream of being a writer. So he makes a trip and his first book is born, then more and more books, fame, money, etc … But there comes a point where his wife’s life feels empty and not listening to her she leaves his side, that’s how Esther, his wife, ceases to be his exwife to become his Zahir, ie his obsession. At this point the protagonist is desperate and what he does is to drain his pain by writing a new book, having more women, alcohol, parties. Until one day he meets a young man who has been in contact with his exwife for quite some time and tells him that he knows where his wife is, but in order to find Esther the protagonist must know himself and search in his past what made his wife leave. This is how the protagonist’s journey begins within himself and above all, searching and trying to understand and manifest the energy of the whole, the energy of love.

My Opinion:

Honestly, I found the book interesting, but I like more other works of the author, for example, “The Fifth Mountain”. The content of this book seemed to me singular, in it we know a little about the laws in France and the history of Kazakhstan, the place where the author’s wife is and the birthplace of the young man who knows the place where Esther is, this book mentions several practices of the young people in which the author found himself which are different and simple to understand life but you have to be very brave people to do them. But above all, this book is about overcoming past stories and letting new stories, new good experiences fill our life, it is about overcoming our limits, which we usually place ourselves, it is also about learning from our mistakes and above all, following our dreams despite how difficult it may seem to reach them. In my opinion it was a great book of self-reflection about oneself, about what we went through and have not let go and to seek love, not only that of the couple, but the one that God gives us.
