hello everyone!
i want to share this.
December 04, 2021 i woke in the morning, i open my splinterlands account, then i was shocked because my power down to 595 which is originally 1,175 and my DECs is gone. i checked my history balance then i saw that some of my cards are sold in the market and my DECs transferred out to BSC wallet which is not my wallet. i don't know how it happened because i didn't sell my cards and i didn't transferred out my DECs that time.
i immediately reported it to the splinterlands support, and suddenly they responded me that my account got hacked, they told me that they have nothing to do to get my assets back, all they can have to do is to ban all the account that purchased my cards in the market.
i was very disappointed, i don't know what to do.
i don't know how to start again, im losing my appetite to play. 😢
im just a small time player of splinterlands, almost 5months of playing and grinding to earn, but last part it end up nothing. all my hard earn cards and DECs are gone so easy just like that.
im sharing this just to aware everyone and to remind that you have to be careful with your account, because there's no 100% security in digital/blockchain world.
God bless us all! 😇
Hello @francisco-tadz15! This is @indayclara from @ocd (Original Content Decentralized) team. We saw that you already posted your first blog here in Hive! Congratulations and welcome!
So sorry to hear about what happened to your account. I hope you will not get discouraged. You can always get back on track.
Anyways, the best way to start your journey here in Hive is do an awesome introduction post. You can choose on whatever information you would like to share and be creative as you want to be. This will help other Hivers get to know you and be comfortable supporting your works here.
It's also best to subscribe to other Communities you like and share your blogs there to have a wider range of audience. Or you can check out the Communities Incubation Program.
Also, letting you know since content on the Hive platform is monetized, using other people’s ideas or images could be considered as an offense and which is also viewed in a serious light on the blockchain. Here is a useful collection of resources about how plagiarism and abuse is viewed and handled on Hive.

Thank you so much for sharing that!! I'm sure we can hook you up in some way to find you appetite again.
Yet I wonder where someone succeeded in getting into your things?! Is there anything you suspect? Anything the support could tell?
Hope you don't mind some "fresh" !PIZZA That's all I have at hand right here right now.
@ANJANIDA, thank you so much! 🙂
to be honest i really don't know how it happened, how they got my pass word and keys.
i have no any idea or any suspects because i didn't give my keys to anyone or posting/pasting my keys to any website. im the who play my account and i have no scholar.
the splinterlands support told me that maybe i got hacked because of some files or apps that i downloaded.
Again, thanks for your feedback. Looks like that's the tricky part, how such things happen. So I guess you are learning a lot about posting and active authority for sorting things out and raising awareness?!
I'd really love to see more of these things on-chain here. Hey, and why not post about these serious issues here and take the weekly Social Media Challenge, mix a battle into your post, and make the best of all of this?
Here's a slice of !PIZZA again. Looking forward to reading from you!
By the way: I don't mind so much about what @lovesniper mentioned here about a introduction post. Whilst all of what @livesniper mentioned is utmost valuable, please don't hold yourself back to blog your experience and postpone an introduction. I've seen people do introductions later, and they are even more awesome, because those bloggers gained quality a lot, because they blogged on whatever was there for them to blog about first.
