The Creative Coin Fund is back in business, albeit on a much smaller scale than its original incarnation.
My primary focus since September has been on adding liquidity provider awards to the CCC:WIT liquidity pool. I am now expanding activity to include sporadic curation of #creativecoin content.
There is currently over 400,000 CCC delegated to this account, leftover from when the Fund was making weekly delegation payouts. There will be no payment for delegations to the Fund. All earnings will be reinvested in the @cccf account, at my sole discretion.
My intention with the Creative Coin Fund remains the same as when I first set up this account three years ago: to support #creativecoin artists and enhance the value of Creative Coin through investment.
As a curator, I'll be supporting creative writers, photographers, graphic artists, and musicians, as well as other curators of creative work on Hive (such as the Inkwell, Monochromes, and any others using #creativecoin for their curation reports). If you'd like to support this work through a donated CCC delegation, awesome and thank you; if you're interested in earning from a CCC delegation, @ccc-curator, part of the Oneup Cartel, is curating #creativecoin content and making daily delegation payouts.
As far as investment goes: I have been using the Fund to make near daily CCC purchases since last summer, and will continue to do so. Rather than try to prop up the price of Creative Coin, however, my focus will be to create an investment opportunity for Creative Coin by providing rewards on the CCC:WIT liquidity pool. I've been adding rewards weekly since the latest distribution contract was activated in September; here's a snapshot of the current state of the pool.
I intend to set up other CCC liquidity pools in the future.

From the outside looking in, CCC has looked dodgy as fuck for the past two years. I'm not giving anyone involved anything else!
Personally I think you should distance yourself from this failed project and find new areas of the Hive to get involved with.
Yes, the only reason to delegate would be as a charitable contribution.
I appreciate your perspective on this. Thank you. I think that #creativecoin is still a useful lens for discovering a broad array of creative/artistic work on Hive, and the artists using the tag are worthy of curation.

I'm going to show my normie a bit on this, because I haven't actually done anything with any pools before so I'm not super familiar with how they work. Looks like I add WIT or CCC and then... something happens? Seems easy enough and I don't really use the HE Tokens for anything so I'll toss in what I can!
There is a daily distribution of rewards for liquidity providers, according to percentage of liquidity provided, handled automatically by HE. So, yeah, all you have to do is add CCC and WIT. It takes 24 hours to begin receiving rewards. I find it easiest to use BeeSwap for interacting with the pools.
