The habit of not doing things well is prevalent in our society these days. In every sector, people like cheating or short changing the government. Or should I say that the government themselves are those cheating on the populace. Yes there are!
We have projects which are not completed. Not as if the funds were not released, but those who are involved have diverted the funds into their own purse. What a corrupt society!
A few days ago, I stopped at a shade prepared for commuters at a local motor bike park. The shade has been left uncompleted. No one asks any questions because that is a common scenario in our society. Well, you can take the shadows from the frame of the shade as I submit it for my SMASh 400. And may I take this opportunity to felicitate with @melinda010100 for the 400 successful weeks of shadow hunting campaign.
At least the incomplete shelter gives interesting shadows, even if that was not it's intended purpose!
