Hello everybody,
Last December 31, 2024 we travelled again to Lapu-Lapu City because our 2nd daughter invited us to view the fireworks or the countdown in TOPS Lookout in Busay, Cebu. We travelled early avoiding the accumulation of traffic, we traverse CCLEX the bridge connecting Cebu City and Municipality of Cordova. Then, when we were in Bagbag 2, so traffic because of the line up to buy fireworks, the fireworks for sale was just at the sides of the road, thus resulting in traffic. But, my opportunity to snapped this Reflection of the abandoned building, very timing our van stayed there for how many minutes. Look, what I snapped.
We do not know why this building is abandoned.

This could have been a wonderful viewing deck! Probably the owner died and there's no one who can look after it.
