The shadow of the loneliness of the street / Shadow Hunters Contest Entry 195

Greetings friends of
the Shadow Hunters Community
Today I would like to participate with this photograph in the Shadow Hunters/SMASh Contest- Round 195.

It was a little dog that suddenly arrived near the house where my sister lived.
In the photograph you can see how she gives him food and while this was happening, the dog's shadow is reflected on the sidewalk.
Little by little he gained the animal's trust to help him. Other dogs were attacking him and tearing his back, he had to be treated for his wounds.

He was a bit wild, since he ended up running away most of the time. But it always came back for more food, its state of malnutrition was evident. The poor little animal was in need of help.

The photographs were taken to see if it belonged to someone in the area, many were discarded and then I realized that some of them had these shadows.
I think they are very beautiful images, since they come from such a noble gesture as helping another living being to survive.
They have a special meaning and their protagonist had a happy ending.
