Zooming In and Out - Reflection Hunting #61

in Shadow Hunters3 years ago

Hello, Hive :)

Amazing day for you I hope? It is going well for me, thankfully. Some blustery winds blowing here and there so I'm keeping myself indoors for the wind might take me away elsewhere, lol!

Anyway, this post is my participation for the Reflection Hunting Contest Round 61 by @olgavita. I missed the previous episode but not going to let this opportunity pass me by hehe.

These shots were taken years ago at Tianhe Park in the city of Guangzhou during my working years.

We went for a little walking adventure and spent some time around the lake in proximity to these structures.

Let's take a closer look at the reflection of the twin buildings on the other tower's glass walls. They look rather jagged, hehe.

And how about we zoom it out and see a whole lot more?

Aha! That's more like it! That's the view of the lake where the husband and I took a boat and enjoyed a tranquil afternoon while we fantasized about many things in life😁 Unfortunately, I wasn't on Hive that time so I didn't hunt some beautiful reflections but at least these photos brought out some good memories :)

Thank you and Happy New Week!

The tower is very tall. I have heard that in China there are very few tall buildings. The rest are bungalows, etc.

Guangzhou is a metro-city so it's filled with tall towers and buildings. Those of what you've heard might be in the countryside :)

Wow, these buildings seem perfectly arranged for taking photos of them! Well chosen angle is what makes difference in good and a bad photo. I love these with the park in front!

The reflection captures were accidental, I'm one who really doesn't know how to take good shots, lol! Thank you :)

Loved the reflection :)

Thank you, have a nice day to you :)

I don't like heights. I am super scared of heights. But these buildings are really beautiful. They are well arranged. They look to me like they are arranged according to their heights

Oh, I am sorry to hear...
Yes, they seem so :) It's probably how they were designed. They consider not to block any of the neighboring buildings and the park too :)

The photos might be old but the quality is really good. Wish I could take that boat ride too, I'm sure you had a blast 😄

Thank you :-) The boat ride was cool, we had some fun going around the lake hehe. I hope you get to ride one soon, near your place maybe?

Pretty good for accidental photos its like a form of art 👍

Thank you :) They were long-distance shots then I cropped the photos for the reflection to be noticed.

Clever girl @ifarmgirl must try that 👍

Haha, thank you and yes, do try :) Happy new week💗

Nice pictures right here, I wish I was on Hive when I used to go out and explore. Right now all I want to do is stay indoors all day.

Thank you. You can check your archives for the photos hehe. I also just stay home as of late, cannot explore often like we used to.

Nice reflection on a building, sis. Good luck in the contest!

Hehe, thank you amiga :) Good morning to you.
