Unfortunately, they were only awarded (FREE) to the people that participated in the presale.
Not sure if because they have 0 available means "that's it" or if there will be more in the future. I was almost sure when I checked there were some available for purchase... maybe it was 10k for purchase and 10k given away to presale people. If it was, damn... they vanished.
Either way, right now only going to the market and buy them. The packs are the tokens WOOALPHA and WOOSATURN (tokens on hive engine).
