HiveMeme is a community specialized in MEMEs! Wasn't obvious? π€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈ On their website you can apply for being whitelisted, which allows you to mint NFTs. You then can tokenize a picture, video, or even a sound/music. These will have a cost in MEME (token available on Hive-Engine). Every time you mint a new NFT it costs 600 MEME and then 100 MEME in addition for each new quantity.
The first edition costs 600 MEME and each additional edition costs 100 MEME.

Each minted NFT will have a creator and can be produced under two types of rights, private or limited production rights. Then you can either hold to your dear creation or put it for sale on the marketplace. Either way, make sure you read the guidelines and terms of service.

The Pub is selling these NFT's for 100k MEME each. This is currently between 15-30 USD in order to help raise the 2000 BEE (the Pub will be selling MEME and buying BEE). You can buy MEME here. We can't say for sure how much ROI these NFTs will have, but we will be committed to those who hold them.
@forykw will be initializing this powerful warhead of π that in the future will further be supported by the Pub and while you hold this NFT, you will be considered a VIP with dedicated attention on every gathering (it can happen anytime).

Hi. I'm here. In mind at least, not so sure about spirit. I think it's hanging out in the sunshine in the garden somewhere, just chillaxing and staring at the trees, and listening to the birds and the wind, and being amazingly present. Personally, I think it's choosing to dissociate because it feels too hard to be fully in Caroline's body right now. There's a little too much fatigue, discomfort, fear in there. So her soul has taken a mini holiday to the property boundary. Her soul knows she can go the entire way around the planet but she doesn't want to stray too far from Caroline's body in case, you know, her body gets worse and her soul is really needed to, you know, somehow make her feel better.
Meanwhile, Caroline's mind is impressed that she knows what the term "NFT" means but she's still not sure that she's terribly interested in collecting them. It's on her "not important right now, think about
latermuch later list". She hopes she's not perceived as a bad person in the crypto pub place she's hanging out, but if she is she thinks she'll just go ahead and continue sipping her mulled wine and continue pondering the meaning of life while the others natter around her on topics that are important to them.Holidays soon !LOL

Hey mate, I'm in the process of spraying some doors this weekend. I've got a bit of a make shift spray booth and production line going on!

That's quite high! Wow
Hot places love high ceilings... all that heat will go up up up and don't bother that much. But with so much wood, not sure if it would go away. In Portugal, because most of the ceiling architecture is made of stucco, the cooling effect of the dry surface acts in two ways, first it absorbs any humidity very quickly, and because it's a good dissipation material (compared with wood), it will absorb the heat a bit too.
