Many years ago the city of Caracas - Venezuela, was considered as the Paris of Latin America, because they had built many infrastructures influenced by French architecture, but then Argentina took away that mention, because obviously many Europeans moved to Argentina, and obviously brought their culture, tradition and architecture.

I didn't know that part of Caracas but how interesting that you mention it, I will look for some of that as it can be very interesting results :)
