RE: National Museum of Decorative Arts (French Neoclassical Style) [ENG/ESP]

in Architecture+Design2 years ago

Greetings @dimascastillo90. Thank you for taking the time in your busy schedule to document the stories and capture the gorgeous photography of the National Museum of Decorative Art. With its French Neoclassical architecture, that luxurious place exemplifies the sophistication of its exterior design elements and interior furnishings, quite suitable for a renowned establishment like that. 😊

In the photo below, may I know what exactly are those red decors on the floor and what material are they made of?

Greetings dear friend @storiesoferne the decoration belongs to a work of a plastic artist and architect called Gaspar Libedinsky, it is a special labyrinth made with thousands of broom bristles. It is a work called "casa tomada" or house taken and he is presenting it for two months in the museum 😬🙃

Oh, wow! That's absolutely a fascinating exhibit! The red broom bristles are just simple tools but have been transformed with lots of creativity. Thank you for this interesting information, appreciate it! 😊
