RE: Architecture + Design: Filling the strip foundation and its maintenance

in Architecture+Design3 years ago

Greetings @barski. Looks like the construction development of your residential project has been moving forward smoothly. Well done! With this latest update on the strip foundations, it’s critical to allow the concrete aspects to cure and settle down properly for stability. It’s also an advantage that a real watchman is finally on site to secure the building materials from losses and damages. How long have you projected to complete the structural framework/skeleton of your house?

Thank you very much, if you mean the full stage of construction of the foundation, together with the basement, it took 4 months since each stage took 21-26 days and there were some delays due to the fact that the builders who worked on my object, had to finish some work on the object of another customer, which they had before me.

And if we talk about the frame of the whole house. then this is a difficult question, which rests only on the financial part. But in general, earlier, according to all norms, construction had to be carried out for at least five years, so that the house would have time to give a full subsidence into the ground and allowed the floors to be poured on the first floor.

There are options to speed up the process, but I have no opportunity to rush so much). Blessed day to you!

Great work on your house construction! Because you’re not in a hurry with your building process, the overall quality of the structural framework of the entire house is key. And your efforts will last you for many generations ahead. Keep up the excellent endeavor and happy Thursday!
