Yup, and ours is abit bigger with 469sqm there are developments being done on 250sqm. Fortunately we have big open space and wetlands all around us.
Oh man, if we couldn't afford the suburb we eventually moved out to I think we would have had to seriously consider moving out of metro, neither of us can cope with that little space x_x
You have some lovely surrounds though, hopefully that and a gorgeous house makes up for it :)
