In a city with urban problems, which generates segregation, the need to restructure the city becomes extremely necessary. In this case we have the historical center of Bogotá, a living sector in many ways. This area, shown in the photograph, is one of the most commercial and business areas of the center, but there is no urban permeability that is required.
En una ciudad con problemas urbanos, que genera segregación, la necesidad de reestructurar la ciudad se vuelve de suma necesidad. En este caso tenemos el centro hístorico de Bogotá, un sector vivo de muchas maneras. Esta zona, mostrada en la fotografía, es una de las zonas mas comerciales y empresariales del centro, pero que no existe una permeabilidad urbana que se requiere.
