I have always had a fascination for structures and their various models that really make a difference in our environment.

In our city of Cumaná, Sucre state, Venezuela, there are currently several large shopping centers, whose architectural structures have advanced over time. However, the structure that is the protagonist of this day, was the inspiration for structural progress in our city.

Today I want to share with you the impressive structure that in its time, had one of the first shopping centers that started the commercial boom in our city, we are talking about the Marina Plaza shopping center; located in the first born of the American continent, our beautiful city of Cumaná, Sucre state, Venezuela. This
beautiful shopping center is located on the Perimetral Avenue of the aforementioned city, whose view is extremely special because we can enjoy the fabulous gulf of Cariaco.

This gulf is right behind this architectural structure. And not only can we enjoy our wide and long sea, but we can also delight in its fabulous marina where multiple boats dock. The connection we get with nature, creates an ideal environment to relax while walking through its corridors and stores. I have always liked this structure because I really feel that it reflects our lifestyle.

This mall, in its moment of glory, was the busiest in our city. Its structure is composed of four interconnected buildings, each with its own name: Arrecife, Chubasco, Bitácora and Dársena. Within these buildings, visitors can find a variety of boutique stores, excellent restaurants and medical offices. It also has arcades and the city's only Cinex, making it a complete destination for entertainment and shopping.

As I mentioned earlier, this mall offers the best view in town: the marina. From the second floor, the view is simply beautiful, and watching the sea is a truly relaxing experience. It also has a large parking lot accessible to visitors. If you are looking for a place to enjoy a good coffee or a pleasant moment, there is a coffee shop that is in fashion at the moment, called Marina Café. This is an ideal place to spend a pleasant moment with your family, partner or friends, besides it is located overlooking the sea.

My dear friends I hope you like this beautiful structure of one of the malls in my city, to be exact the first one that has existed for 21 years. It is a good place to have a good time and clear your mind. It also has a beautiful entrance with a water fountain and beautiful vegetation.
