Central market with a sweet nuance inside.

Taking an afternoon stroll spending time at the Central Market in Kuala Lumpur is a pleasure that I never miss when I travel to that country. Because this Central Market is like in my country. The Central Market itself is a building that sells all souvenirs typical of Malaysia. Not only that, there are many culinary traders whose merchandise is the same as in my country, for example, Putu cake made from sticky rice flour which is then filled with palm sugar and then sprinkled with fresh grated coconut on top and it tastes quite sweet,

In addition to the souvenir center in Kuala Lumpur, this building with a sweet sky blue color also has several unique things besides the striking shape of the building with its color. The window glass that looks flat in color and is arranged in a box shape. And in front of the Central Market building itself at the entrance looks like several pillars are there and are given a white color so that the color is combined with the color of the building itself looks unified with it. And the play of pillars at the entrance makes this building which is actually very simple become more luxurious and the minimalist design is very thick here.

Not only that because when I visited there in December, there were also many cute ornaments with a Christmas theme in front of the building. And some simple Christmas ornaments that are not excessive here are very appropriate to be juxtaposed with a building that is not too big so that these Christmas ornaments are not too lame when juxtaposed in front of the building. And you know, not only I came to this place but I also saw many tourists from abroad coming to this Central Market to buy souvenirs that will be shared with their families when they return to their countries later because the price of souvenirs here is quite affordable and the variants are also complete.

And outside the central market yard there is a duplicate of the Peacock made from scrap iron and other recycled items and utilized to make this peacock into an amazing masterpiece. This peacock is one of the animals that is already endangered so by making a peacock design like its original shape and color makes the current generation know that this peacock exists in Malaysia but with a population that is almost extinct so that with the existence of this statue the local Malaysian people themselves will not forget this beautiful animal.

This 3-story building looks less boring because of the many local merchants' stands selling many goods, not only culinary but also other accessory traders, some even sell antiques and unique carved statues made of sandalwood which when we approach the fragrant aroma of wood comes out of the wood. Oh yes and I can see and I just realized that the floors in this building are different according to the tenants who rent them. Maybe here they use long-term and short-term leases. And you can see there are shops selling souvenirs and they use Batik or abstract patterned floors here the colors tend to be brighter. And this shop is on the 1st floor which is one of the largest shops here. You can look for souvenirs in this shop if you are lazy to hunt for souvenirs in other places.

If I have another holiday in this country I will stop by this place again. Greetings from me, Maytom. Indonesia

This place is quite colorful, it is quite crowded, I like the brown color, it stands out a lot when you look at it.

Yes that right and I agree with you on that @dinaaczib

The Central Market in Kuala Lumpur sounds like a vibrant and fascinating place! The combination of souvenirs, delicious local treats, and unique architectural details makes it a must-visit spot.

There are many places to buy souvenirs and this central market is one of the places @yugadi

I think local markets are special places where we can get acquainted with the culture and gastronomy of the cities and countries. This market looks very well designed, with a very modern style.

Yes, this building has a modern concept without any local touches @rosana6
