It measures approximately 7 meters high and weighs 2,200 kilograms. This sculpture represents Apacuana, an Indian Cacique who rebelled against the Spanish empire at the time of the Spanish colony. History tells that this brave warrior woman had the determination to rebel against the Spaniards and fighting against them this fight cost him his life. and due to the feminine empowerment and the value that has been given to women, this tribute is paid to this ancestor for his sacrifice for the country.

This is not a simple monument, this as such represents women and the significant value that it has had throughout history that despite the constant advances that we have had as a society and as a world, the culture that is still maintained is the macho culture where the role played by women in society is not given such important value.

screenshot_20220219_215241.jpg

and how many apacuanas do we have? maybe not with an armed struggle, but with a day-to-day struggle to maintain our homes without forgetting our responsibilities in the workplace and without neglecting our husbands and trying to escape from everyday life, hahaha we do magic so that time will catch up with us to fulfill all our daily tasks and without neglecting ourselves since the principle of love comes from the self-esteem that each person has, because no one can give what they do not have

screenshot_20220219_215226.jpg

every day there are more and more women who take spaces in our societies, even occupying important positions of high level and responsibilities, where we with our charisma and friendliness demonstrate a high sense of efficiency and effectiveness demonstrating in this way that we are made that we are trained for any situation, among them the most important of all being a mother, bringing a life into the world carrying a little person nine months in the womb that is not just anything it is an act of courage where at the moment of conceiving or giving birth light is revealed.

screenshot_20220219_215140.jpg

So, my dear friends, I wanted to share this monument with you, perhaps very unknown to you and never heard of, but remember that fact that I told you about, I know that you and more than all the women are in the continent where this is so, be it Europe, Africa, and all nations with some exceptions such as the case of Afghanistan, but I know that in that part of the world there are women who are undoubtedly heroines and only they know what they have been through and only they can change the meaning of history if they they unite and make themselves felt with one voice, from here from the valle coche highway I send a greeting to all the women of this great platform and wherever this content arrives, full of love and affection for all of you.

Hello @mariieyc. Apacuana is more than simply a heroic figure in Venezuela but a strong symbol of the empowerment of women around the world. Without strength, perseverance, and courage, she could not have possessed the determination to withstand the colonial invaders. Thank you for featuring this sculptural masterpiece of architecture. Have a great day! 😊

That's right friend Apacuana, Joan of Arc among many others were women who opposed doctrinal political systems and for them they deserve to be remembered as a symbol of female empowerment. greetings and blessings!! @storiesoferne

Great publication. It was both interesting and fascinating as well as educational. Until now I thought Indians only lived in North America, but I was wrong.

@afterglow Greetings friends, well in South America there are still many ethnic groups of native peoples, such as the Kariña, Arawakos, Guayu, but it is not for nothing but Venezuela is full of history with these native peoples, the last conflict they had was the Pemon ethnic group because years ago they took a stone from Venezuela which belonged to them because it represented something special for them, it is called the kueka stone and it was nothing more and nothing less with the German people who after so many claims from the Pemones had no choice but to return their stone to its place of origin, this story is very interesting, I recommend you look for it, it is called the kueka stone, greetings and blessings.

Thank you for the recommendation, I will take a look at it.
