Greetings my dear friends, a pleasure to be with you again in this wonderful community that loves architecture and design, this is the right time to share with you a walk that I took in the company of my son to one of the shopping centers in this city that It is called Elymar, a feminine name. By the way, I hope you feel very well and make yourselves comfortable while I describe part of the route between the lines.

Saludos mis apreciados amigos, un placer estar nuevamente con ustedes en esta maravillosa comunidad amante de la arquitectura y el diseño, es propicio esta ocacion para compartir con ustedes un paseo que realize en compañia de mi hijo a uno de los centros comerciales de esta ciudad que lleva por nombre Elymar nombre Femenino por cierto espero se sietan muy bien y pomganse comodos mientras entre lineas les describo parte del recorrido.

This shopping center is located on Bolivar Avenue in the capital of Guárico state, San Juan de los Morros. It is a very large building. In the main photo, it can be seen that it has multiple levels, a total of 04 to be exact. You can see that it is a very colorful building, its front in purple ceramic finish and by chance my favorite color.

este centro comercial esta ubicado en la avenida Bolivar de la capital del estado Guárico, san juan de los morros, es una edificacion muy amplia en la foto principal puede distinguirse que cuenta con múltiples niveles un total de 04 para ser exacta, de igual manera se puede apreciar que es un edificio muy colorido, su frente en acabado de ceramica color morado y por casualidades mi color favorito.

its internal design can be seen that it is mixed, but because of its style it seems colonial to me, especially because of the way the bricks are placed in the finish of the stairs, we can see that in this great shopping center there are multiple stores, which makes it more pleasant when visiting it, I love the white kosher ceramic that is on the floor, in the same way the crystals that separate one store from another on the main level or first level to put it one way or another, in this architectural proposal made.

su diseño interno se puede apreciar que es de manera mixta, pero por su estilo me parece como colonial, sobre todo por la forma que estan colocados los ladrillos en el acabado de las escaleras, podemos observar que en este grandioso centro comercial existen múltiples tiendas, el cual lo hace mas agradable al momento de visitarlo, me encanta la ceramica coñor blanca que esta en el piso, de igual manera los cristales que separan una tienda de otra en el nivel principal o primer nivel por decirlo de alguna u otra forma, en esta propuesta arquitectónica realizada.

I love the place very much, it is very pleasant, something that makes it attractive are its huge windows, through which the place is kept quite illuminated with the natural light of our star king, as well as being cool due to the breeze that runs through its corridors. In the same way, you can see through these windows and contemplate the horizon of San Juan, its buildings, its hills and the people who are walking, who come and go.

me encanta mucho el lugar es muy agradable, algo que lo hace atractivo son sus inmensas ventanas que por el cual el lugar se mantiene bastante iluminado con la luz natural de nuestro astro rey, de igual forma fresco por la brisa que corre por sus pasillos, de igual manera se puede observar a traves de estas ventanas y contemplar el horizonte de san Juan sus edificios sus morros y la gente que va caminando que vienen y van.

Another important point of this shopping center is that it has an internal parking lot, which facilitates access to the place for people who come to it in vehicles, because being on a main avenue it has a lot of vehicular traffic and this parking lot offers more safety to the users of this building since leaving it outside is a risk due to multiple factors. Oh, what do you think of this shopping center, friends? In my opinion, I love the place and if you ask my son he will tell you what he likes best since they sell some ice creams that he loves, and every time we come to this shopping center he already knows where this store is and he goes straight to her for her ice cream.

otro punto importante de este centro comercial es que posee un estacionamiento interno, el cual facilita el acceso al lugar a las personas que vienen a el en vehiculos, debido a que por encontrarse en una avenida principal cuenta con mucho trafico vehicular y este estacionamiento brinda mas seguridad a los usuarios y usuarias de este edificio ya que dejarlo afuera es un riesgo por multiples factores. ah ustedes que les parece este centro comercial amigos? en mi opinion me encanta el lugar y si le preguntas a mi hijo te dira que le gusta mas ya que en el lugar venden unos helados que le encantan, y cada vez que venimos a este centro comercial el ya sabe donde queda esta tienda y va derechito hacia ella por su helado.

estas son espacios que podemos encontrar ya en el ultimo nivel, y bueno el lugar de por si posee muchisimas tiendas incluso hasta existe una discoteca, pero no pude capturar fotos de la misma porque se encontraba cerrada, porque el horario que posee es nocturno, que me dicen ustedes, habian escuchado de un centro comercial con discoteca incluido? bueno les cuento en esta jurisdiccion es el unico que existe que yo conozca.
