What a quirky lovely house, is it like a barn conversion or a purpose new build? The kitchen looks a little small for a 5 bedroom house, but maybe thats just us Brits as the trend nowadays is to make the kitchen larger as it's the focal point of the house.
I'm still so gutted you never made it across the channel to UK, so near yet so far. Next time you come back across the pond you'll have to make sure you add UK to your itinerary.
It's not a barn or anything like that, just a small tradition home. I think it's quite old but had a little bit of renovation work inside over the years. Yeah, Canada is the same when it comes to kitchens. They are usually the nicest room in the house and usually a focal point. Most homes are very open concept these days as well.
We definitely still want to visit the UK some day and plan to at some point. I don't know when it will happen but it will one day.
