Container House | Innovation for Venezuela | HOGAR VERDE🍃 ENG|ESP

Lovers of architecture, design and sustainable living the progress of our first Green Home continues. We are very excited as this will be the first Green Home to be unveiled in Container Architecture in Venezuela.

So far we only have knowledge of two stable constructions in Container Architecture, one is a Cultural Park and the other a Posada, the most common use that is given in Venezuela to shipping containers in architecture, is for offices or temporary bathrooms, normally used by large construction companies in their works or also in areas of oil or mining exploitation.

The Hotel called 30 Nudos Adicora, is located in the coastal area of the Paraguana peninsula, in the state of Falcon that began its construction 4 years ago and was inaugurated just 2 years ago, this inn has encouraged many to live the experience and see a Container beyond a shipping box or warehouse, stay inside a shipping container and live closely this sustainable vision of container architecture.

In recent years they have also built some restaurants and stores. But we have no knowledge of Casa Container in Venezuela. There are two companies offering plans and container house and construction, but when asked if they have built any to visit, they have nothing to show.

The oldest Container Architecture Construction in the country, has more than 10 years and is the Tiuna el Fuerte Cultural Park, this is located in the Parroquia El Valle of the capital city, Caracas, who gave life to this fabulous project is one of the architects of our PROYECTO VERDE, the fabulous Architects Alejandro Haiek.

Haiek together with the passionate Costa Rican Architect Alejandro Vallejo in the designs of the EcoVillage VIDA VERDE, today I bring you the little preview of what will be the seed of our roots the first HOGAR VERDE, we are still in process but I love to share with you every step we take.

GREEN HOME

The HOGAR VERDE that I bring you today is designed with a 40' container, it is 12.03 meters long by 2.31 meters wide, height 2.40 giving an approximate of 30 square meters.

Each design will work in stages, we will have GREEN HOMES of larger size with more container, according to the needs of each family, with the same concept marking the overall design of the GREEN LIFE EcoVillage.

The Concept: The GREEN HOMES for us can not be just a concept of recycling in container architecture, it must be truly sustainable, this is related to the environment, the enjoyment of the goodness of nature around us, giving the best use of it, enjoying an ecological, functional and intelligent home.

The Design: The main thing for us is to feel part of the environment to go into nature and enjoy the beautiful view we have, so we think of the elevation of green homes, in the Bases to have the precise view within the landscape container, large and open windows that allow us to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us. With the fusion of noble materials such as iron and wood dominant with some secondary details of concrete and natural stones that we take from the same earthworks.

This first design is of a Container House that has a living area to enjoy a great view, a half bathroom in the common area, a bedroom with bathroom, the kitchen will be linear to take advantage of the space even more. This will be achieved by extending the spaces with the same container structure, we will see how much we can achieve, the front shapes will be straight and half hexagonal windows that will allow a better view, amplitude and displacement.

Personally I love hexagonal shapes, for what it represents, in architecture the hexagon symbolizes the continuous movement of creation, no doubt it is part of our process, in VIDA VERDE we are in permanent learning, in a change of life of renewal through transformation and change, linked with the sacred geometry that takes us to nature, expanding the spiritual energies of the environment.

All these spaces will be open and very bright, ventilated as we have a favorable position with a north view that favors light and natural air currents.

We could say that this first sketch of a GREEN HOME of one room and a convertible space is a tiny house style. A friendly home with the environment, the use of materials, the concept of reusing a container as a home, the work with wood on the exteriors.

LIFE GREEN is a project in search of that change of lifestyle and this will be just the beginning of what is to come in our EcoVillage.

Venezuela is a country that is still reluctant to change or advance in construction methods, it is difficult to make people understand that it is much more profitable light, modular and sustainable architecture. Even talking about this with friends engineers and architects can bring controversy. Many are impressed by this concept even when they are young.

For this reason we are the first in the construction of a Container House in Venezuela which we will use as our main house, we will live 100% in it, this will be the first because more GREEN HOUSES will come.

Casa Container | Una Innovación para Venezuela | HOGAR VERDE🍃 ESP

Amantes de la arquitectura el diseño y la vida sustentable los avances de nuestro primer Hogar Verde continúan. Estamos muy emocionados pues esta será la primer Hogar Verde que se dará a conocer en en Arquitectura de Container en Venezuela.

Hasta ahora solo tenemos conocimiento de dos construcciones estables en Arquitectura de Container, uno es un Parque Cultural y el otro una Posada, el uso más común que se le da en Venezuela a los contenedores de envío en la arquitectura, es para oficinas o baños provisionales, usados normalmente por grandes constructoras en sus obras o también en areas de explotación petrolera o minera.

El Hotel llamado 30 Nudos Adicora, esta ubicado en la zona costera de la peninsula de Paraguana, en el Estado Falcón que inicio su construcción hace 4 años y fue inaugurado hace apenas 2 años, esta posada a animado a muchos a vivir la experiencia y ver un Container mas allá de una caja de envío o deposito, hospedarse dentro de un contenedor marítimo te vivir de cerca esta vision sustentables de la arquitectura en container.

Los últimos años también han construido algunos restaurantes y tiendas. Mas no tenemos conocimientos de Casa Container en Venezuela. Hay dos empresas ofertando planos y casa container, así como la construcción, pero al preguntarles si han construido alguna para visitarla, no tienen nada que mostrar.

La Construcción en Arquitectura de Container más antiguo en el país, tiene más de 10 años y es El Parque Cultural Tiuna el Fuerte, este está ubicado en la Parroquia El Valle de la cuidad capital, Caracas, quien le dio vida a este fabuloso proyecto es uno de los arquitectos de nuestros PROYECTO VERDE, el fabulosos Arquitectos Alejandro Haiek

Haiek junto al apasionado Costarricense Arquitecto Alejandro Vallejo en los diseños de la EcoAldea VIDA VERDE, hoy les traigo el pequeño adelanto, de lo que sera la semilla de nuestras raíces el primer HOGAR VERDE, aun estamos en procesos pero me encanta poder compartirlo con ustedes cada paso que damos.

HOGAR VERDE

El HOGAR VERDE que les traigo hoy esta diseñado con un container de 40´,son 12,03 metros de largo por 2,31 metros de ancho, alto 2,40 dando un aproximado de 30 metros cuadrados.

Cada diseño lo trabajaremos por etapa, tendremos HOGARES VERDES de mayor tamaño con mas container, según la necesidad de cada familia, con el mismo concepto marcando el diseño general de la EcoAldea VIDA VERDE.

El Concepto: Los HOGARES VERDES para nosotros no pueden ser solo un concepto de reciclaje en arquitectura de container, debe ser realmente sustentable, esto va relacionado con el entorno, el disfrute de la bondad de la naturaleza que nos rodea, dando el mejor uso de ella, disfrutando un casa ecológica, funcional e inteligente.

El Diseño: Lo principal para nosotros es sentirnos parte del entorno adentrarnos en la naturaleza y disfrutar de la hermosa vista que tenemos, por lo que pensamos en la elevación de los hogares verdes, en las Bases para tener la vista precisa dentro del contenedor del paisaje , grandes y abiertos ventanales que nos permitan disfrutar de la belleza que nos rodea . Con la fusión materiales nobles dominantes como El Hierro y la madera junto algunos detalles secundarios de concreto y piedras naturales que tómanos de los mismos movimientos de tierra.

Este primer diseño es de una Casa Container que cuenta con una zona de estar para disfrutar con una gran vista junto , un medio baño en el area común, una habitación con baño, la cocina sera lineal para aprovechar aun mas el espacio . Esto lo lograremos haciendo extension a los espacios con la misma estructura de container, veremos que tanto podremos lograr, las formas frontales serán ventanales de formas rectas y medios hexagonales que permitirán una mejor vista, amplitud y desplace.

En lo personal me encantan las formas hexagonales, por lo que representa, en la arquitectura el hexágono simboliza el continuo movimiento de la creación, sin duda es parte de nuestro proceso, en VIDA VERDE estamos en permanentes aprendizaje, en un cambio de vida de renovación a través de la transformación y el cambio, enlazada con la geometría sagrada que nos lleva a la naturaleza, expandiendo las energías espirituales del entorno .

Todos estos espacios serán abiertos muy luminosos, ventilados ya que tenemos una favorable posición con vista al norte que favorece la luz y las corrientes de aire naturales.

Podríamos decir que este primer bosquejo de HOGAR VERDE de una habitación y un espacio convertible es un estilo tiny house. Un hogar amigable con el entorno, el uso de los materiales, el concepto de reutilizar un contenedor como vivienda el trabajo con madera en los exteriores.

VIDA VERDE es una proyecto en búsqueda de ese cambio de estilo de vida y este será solo el inicio de lo que esta por venir en nuestra EcoAldea.

Venezuela es un país que aún se resiste a dar cambios o avanzar en los métodos constructivos, es difícil hacer entender a las personas que es mucho más rentable la arquitectura liviana, modular y sustentable. Incluso hablar esto con amigos ingenieros y arquitecto puede traer polémicas. Muchos se impresionan de este concepto siendo incluso jóvenes.

Por esto somos los primeros en la Construcción de una Casa Container en Venezuela la cual utilizaremos como vivienda principal, viviremos al 100% en ella, esta será la primera pues vendrán más HOGARES VERDES.
