Saludos queridos amigos amantes de la arquitectura y el diseño es un placer estar nuevamente con ustedes, en esta oportunidad le mostrare parte de lo que es el diseño exterior de una urbanizacion de la capital del estado Guarico, San juan de los morros, que lleva por nombre, Urbanizacion Antonio Miguel Martinez, la cual es una de las principales urbanización de esta ciudad y esta comprendida por una gran cantidad de propuestas arquitectónicas la cual engalanan este espacio que cubre sus dimensiones como urbanismo

This urbanization is very large, it has around three main streets, not counting the cross streets, the weather was perfect for this tour, where did I take advantage while taking this walk through this urbanization to take some photographs of its architecture, ah to tell the truth, all the houses in This urbanization is beautiful from the external optics

esta urbanizacion es muy grande posee al rededor de tres calles principales, sin contar las transversales, el clima estaba perfecto para realizar este recorrido, dónde aproveche mientras daba este paseo por esta urbanización sacar algunas fotografias de su arquitectura, ah decir verdad todas las viviendas de esta urbanización son hermosas desde la optica externa

There are some houses that have a minimalist design but that nevertheless do not go unnoticed in the sense of their wide beauty, in the same way I share a taste that I have had since I was a child in relation to this type of fronts which is covered with flagstones, which I have always liked it personally I can tell you that it has always been one of my favorites

hay algunas viviendas que poseen un diseño minimalista pero que sin embargo no pasan desapersibidas en el sentido de su amplia belleza, de igual forma les comparto un gusto que tengo desde niño en relacion a este tipo de frentes el cual esta revestido de lajas, el cual siempre me ha gustado en lo personal les puedo decir que siempre ha sido uno de mis favoritos

One thing that caught my attention while I was touring this beautiful place is the way in which the island that divides the main avenue is adorned with ornamental plants, which can be seen to show the good care that they maintain. uniformly pruned, which gives this urbanization an aesthetic of greater beauty and contact with nature. una cosa que mientras realizaba el recorrido por este hermoso lugar llamo mucho mi atencion es la manera en la que en la isla que divide la avenida principal se encuentra adornada por plantas ornamentales las cuales puede evidenciarse el buen cuidado que le mantienen a las mismas pueden verse uniformemente podadas lo que le da una estitica de mayor belleza y de contacto con la naturaleza a esta urbanizacion de hecho en el lugar pude sentir en todo el momento que estuve haciendo este recorrido un ambiente fresco y aire puro

en el lugar sobreabundan las casas de dos niveles como esta que les muestro a continuacion lo que me encanta de esta vivienda aparte de lo hermosa que es y que evidentemente puede observarse, esel color blanco a la misma le queda perfecto y le este mismo color le da un aspecto tipo ejecutiva

I certainly fell in love with this house, it comes to my mind that someone very important must live in it, although I don't have the slightest idea exactly who occupies it or if it is inhabited, which I think it is because it can observe that it is in impeccable condition

ciertamente esta vivienda me enamoro, se me viene a la mente que en la misma debe vivir alguien muy importante, aunque exactamente no tengo la más minima idea de quién la ocupe o si esta habitada, cosa que si creo que lo esta porque la misma puede observarse que se encuentra de manera impecable

siguiendo mi recorrido pase por este hermoso frente con hermosas rejas blancas les voy a decir que era pleno medio dia cuando decidi realizar este recorrido y no se sentia el sol debido a lo que podemos observar en la grafica pues toda esta urbanizacion esta rodeada de plantas de jardinería hasta increíbles y hermosos samanes de gran magnitudes entre otras especies de arboles que mantienen el lugar con una constante brisa colada que la hace agradable

What I liked most about this house is the design of its bars, of course I know that it will have other aspects of greater relevance but I give my opinion according to the limitations that it presented, since these houses are private, it is limited to my people give more aspects that I would like to share with you, such as how incredible the internal design of some of them can be observed, for now the observations that I will give will be aspects of their exterior design

lo que me gusto mas de esta vivienda, es el diseño de sus rejas, claro se que tendra otros aspectos de mayor relevancia pero doy mi opinion de acuerdo a las limitaciones que presentó pues ya que estás viviendas son de carácter privado esta limitado a mi personas dar mas aspectos que me gustaria compartir con ustedes como lo es lo increíble que puede observarse el diseño interno de algunas de ellas, por lo pronto las observaciones que dare seran de aspectos de su diseño esterior

In the same way we can observe another beautiful exterior design of this beautiful urbanization, from here I can point out that I love the gradient that can be seen on the tiled roof as well as on its front that was made in the form of a geometric game but that looks good on it. It fits perfectly to this beautiful home

de igual manera podemos observar otro diseño esterior hermoso de esta hermosa urbanización, de aquí puedo señalar que me encanta el degradado que puede observarse en el techo de tejas asi como en su frente que lo hicieron en forma de juego geometrico pero que le luce y le queda perfecto a esta hermosa vivienda

Here we can see one of the most recent buildings in this urbanization, which can be seen to have a unique design since it can be seen circumferentially, I have not seen another building that has these characteristics here in San Juan, since in its entirety all the buildings are rectangular

aqui podemos observar uno de los edificios más recientes de esta urbanización, el cual puede evidenciarse que posee un diseño singular pues el mismo puede observarse de forma circunferencial, no he visto otro edificio que posea estas características aqui en san juan pues en su totalidad todos los edificios son rectangulares

What does this building look like to you and if it has a circumferential shape, have you seen any other building with these characteristics before? Honestly, it's the first time I've come across one of this shape and design

que tal les parece este edificio y si forma circunferencial, habían observado antes algun otro edificio con estas características? yo sinceramente primera vez que me topo con uno de esta forma y diseño

It should be noted that up to now all the architectural proposals that I have shown you are located on the main avenue of this urbanization, so now I will encourage myself to explore some transversal ones to continue showing you some other proposal without becoming so extensive ☺️

cabe destacar que la hasta el momento todas las propuestas arquitectónicas que les he mostrado estan ubicadas en la avenida principal de esta urbanizacion por lo que ahora me animare a explorar algunas transversales para seguir mostrándoles alguna que otra propuesta sin hacerme tan extenso ☺️

siguiendo nuestro recorrido por esta urbanizacion nos topamos con esta hermosa vivienda, puedo decir que en la mayoria de las viviendas de esta urbanizacion el techo por excelencia es el de teja ya que lo veo constantemente en la mayoria de las estructuras, esta vivienda posee un diseño tipo tropical aunado a ello las plantas que posee le dan mas colorido a la misma, y a ustedes que les parece este tipo de viviendas?

This building is dedicated to commercial activity, here you can find a small grocery store as well as other stores and a small hardware store. In the same way, its long structure functions as a residential complex.

este edificio esta dedicado a la actividad comercial aqui se puede encontrar un pequeño minimercado de viveres asi como otras tiendas y una pequeña ferretería de igual forma en lo extendido de su larga estructura funciona como conjunto residencial

I also want to show you a part that is beautiful and it is the external area of the Pancho Pepe Croker stadium in this city that is also next to this urbanization

también quiero nostrarle una parte que se encuentra hermosa y es la area externa de estadio pancho pepe croker de esta ciudad que de igual manera esta a un costado de esta urbanizacion

This area of the stadium garden which is on the outside of the stadium is protected by this iron perimeter fence, today there was no scheduled game so I could not continue showing you the beauty of the garden that this stadium has

esta area del jardin del estadio la cual esta en el exterior del mismo se encuentra protedigo por esta cerca perimetral de hierro, el dia de hoy no había juego programado asi que no pude seguir mostrándole la belleza de jardin que posee este estadio

this is the pancho pepe croker this works as a multifunctional area for the inhabitants of the urbanization and like for any other person who wants to come to do sports, it has parallel bars in a large part of the island that divides the avenue as well as for doing sit-ups For those people who like to be fit and healthy, they use this space as a boulevard where many people come to recreate.

este es el pancho pepe croker esto funciona como un area multifuncional para los habitantes de ña urbanización y como para cualquiera otra persona que quiera venir a hacer deporte, posee barras paralelas en gran parte de la isla que divide la avenida asi como tambien para realizar abdominales para esas personas que les gusta estar en forma y saludables de igual forma este espacio lo utilizan como bulevar donde muchas personas vienen a recrearse
