The largest Buddhist Thai temple in Switzerland is located in Gretzenbach. The temple Wat Srinagarin was supported by the Thai royal house. A "Wat" is a Thai Buddhist temple, this one in the picture has the same architecture as a Wat in Thailand. On the temple grounds there is also the monks' house.
The Buddhist monks here try to live according to the Buddha's teachings to create a more beautiful world. The monastic life of Thai Buddhists is also here characterized by 227 rules.
I will certainly drop by when the temple is open.
Have a beautiful Day!

Wow! This wat really looks out of place in a different climate! It would be very cold in winter! The architecture was suitable for hot climate! LoL
Many thanks!
