Real estate business is a fast-growing venture in Lagos state due to the influx of population from other parts of the country since it's the commercial state with development sprouting up at every space, so today I decide to write on the experience so far being part of the project team for the M120 apartments project which is situated in the heart of the most expensive neighbourhood in Lekki phase 1, Lagos Nigeria.
THE WHATS????
The minimalist is a project set to be completed with a 365 days duration with 120 residential apartments either housing 2 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms flats on each block of flats in each wing. This project has a very fascinating architecture design, one of its kind that has been carried out in the part of the world with four blocks of flats sharing the same ground floor for wing A same as regards wing B with a penthouse on each wing.

The apartments are tastefully built with a two-bedroom which comes with a boys quarters, a three-bedroom which comes with a boys quarters, a four-bedroom multi-level penthouse with two boys quarters.

This design is done to meet your needs with a double volume auditorium for social functions, a fully equipped gym, a home office for those occupants who works remotely but still want to feel of being in the office, a family park with a pond, a creche, supermarket and so many other social amenities.

THE INTERIOR DESIGN
The interior is designed with a minimalist view but must be luxurious from the kitchen area, living area to the bedroom.
